COVID-19 Procedures

The Surface Transportation Board accepts filings and other submissions in paper format at its headquarters in Washington, D.C.  While paper filings may be accepted in accordance with the Board’s regulations, stakeholders are strongly encouraged to continue to submit filings via the Board’s e-filing system and to consent to e-service of Board decisions.
