ALLOY PROPERTY COMPANY, LLC—ADVERSE ABANDONMENT—CHICAGO TERMINAL RAILROAD IN CHICAGO, ILL.

On December 8, 2017, Chicago Terminal Railroad (CTM) filed a letter to postpone the discovery conference scheduled for December 12, 2017. CTM requests that the conference occur in the first half of January 2018. CTM represents that counsel for Alloy Property Company, LLC, concurs with the postponement.
It is ordered:
1. The discovery status conference scheduled for December 12, 2017, is rescheduled for Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in a hearing room to be designated at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426. This conference will be held on the record. All parties to the discovery dispute are directed to attend.
