The Surface Transportation Board announced today that Board Member Michelle Schultz has been designated as the agency’s vice chairman.  Ms. Schultz was sworn in as a Board member on January 11, 2021.  She succeeds Robert Primus, who continues to serve as a Board member.

The Board’s vice chairmanship rotates among the members on an annual basis.
