The Surface Transportation Board’s Office of Environmental Analysis today issued a Final Environmental Assessment (Final EA) for Savannah Industrial Logistics and Savannah Industrial Transportation’s construction and operation of an 11,404-foot rail line in Effingham County, Georgia.  The public comment period for the Draft EA ended on May 12, 2025.
