This page allows you to generate a service list or to view both filings and decisions in a docket. You may search below using a partial docket number and/or by searching for words or phrases in the title. Please note that the Board’s new system is not yet configured to generate a single list that combines both filings and decisions for individual dockets.
Why do I need a service list? Parties wishing to submit a formal filing (i.e., one that will be included as part of the official record in a proceeding and considered by the Board in making its decision) must generally serve (i.e., provide a copy to) all other parties in the case. See 49 C.F.R. § 1104.12.
