Pursuant to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-24-10, Advancing Governance, Innovation, and Risk Management for Agency Use of Artificial Intelligence, the Board has conducted an assessment and has determined that it does not currently use nor have any currently planned use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is covered by OMB Memorandum 24-10.
