SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD

The Surface Transportation Board has posted the 2019 Public Use Waybill Sample and the 2019 Uniform Railroad Costing System (URCS) data.  Requests for the 2019 Confidential Waybill Sample are being processed.  All Board work products reliant on the 2019 Waybill Sample (e.g., Revenue Shortfall Allocation Method and various stratification reports) will follow as quickly as possible.  The 2019 Public Use Waybill Sample is available on the Board’s website here, and the 2019 URCS data is available here.
