Surface Transportation Board Chairman Martin Oberman today sent a letter to Union Pacific Railroad Company (UP) in response to UP’s December 6th filing pursuant to the Board’s November 22, 2022 order, in STB Docket No. EP 772, Oversight Hearing Pertaining to Union Pacific Railroad Company’s Embargoes.
