STB Issues Additional Information for Hearing Regarding Amtrak Operations in Gulf Coast

The Surface Transportation Board today announced additional instructions in preparation for the evidentiary hearing beginning on April 4, 2022, regarding the National Railroad Passenger Corporation’s (Amtrak) application to operate Gulf Coast Service.  The Board directs the parties to e-file hearing exhibits by March 30, 2022, hand-deliver exhibits on March 30, 2022, and email certain information regarding their representatives and witnesses by March 25, 2022.

Specific filing and participation instructions for the hearing are contained in the decision. The evidentiary hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on April 4 and April 5, 2022, starting at 9:30 a.m. ET each day, and will continue on April 6 and 8, if necessary.
